RMN does not provide manpower, staffing, labour supply, recruitment, or employment-related services. RMN does not act as an employer, contractor, principal employer, or any intermediary in employment relationships.
RMN provides payroll processing services based on the information and instructions provided by clients. While RMN ensures payroll computations are aligned with applicable labour laws, clients remain responsible for ensuring accuracy of input data and compliance with all statutory obligations. RMN's services do not constitute legal advice.
RMN processes payroll based on authorized inputs from clients. Clients must ensure the accuracy, completeness, and authorization of all data provided to RMN. RMN is not responsible for errors or omissions in client-provided data.
RMN is not responsible for actions, failures, or liabilities of clients, government agencies, employees, or any third parties. All employment relationships and statutory liabilities remain with the client organization.
While RMN endeavors to maintain platform availability, RMN does not guarantee uninterrupted service. RMN is not liable for service interruptions, delays, or data loss arising from circumstances beyond RMN's reasonable control.
RMN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice. RMN is not liable for any consequences arising from such changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RMN's liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding 12 months.
Services are provided "as is" without any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. RMN does not warrant error-free operations or outcomes.
This disclaimer is governed by applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Jurisdiction to be specified].
