RMN provides payroll processing and payroll-linked statutory compliance services exclusively. Services are delivered based on client-authorized inputs and defined service level agreements (SLAs).

All content, design, functionality, and intellectual property on the RMN website and platform are the property of Rudra Minds Nexus Private Limited. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.
Clients agree to pay service fees as per the agreed service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services. RMN reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment.
RMN commits to processing payroll within agreed timelines and ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws. Specific SLA details are outlined in individual service agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RMN shall not be liable for:
Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RMN from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from client's use of services or breach of these terms.
RMN maintains strict confidentiality of payroll and client information. All RMN personnel and service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as per the terms of the service agreement. Upon termination, all client data will be handled as per the agreement and applicable law.
RMN reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of amended terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Jurisdiction to be specified].
